Prayer at University Functions and Athletic Events Policy

An opening prayer is to be given at all university-sponsored functions and athletic events on campus. Faculty meetings, committee meetings, and other group meetings are also appropriately opened by prayer. Prayers are also encouraged at university-sponsored events off campus where this is appropriate and in good taste.
