The university provides reasonable break time for an employee to nurse or express breast milk for her nursing child each time she needs to do so.
An employee may identify a location to nurse or express breast milk. Additionally, the university provides designated private mothers rooms—areas other than a bathroom that may be locked from the inside—for use by nursing mothers. As needed, the employee and supervisor may jointly identify an appropriate space on campus for the employee to store breast milk.
